Pure Mechanical and Pure Vent has successfully completed a full mechanical package across multiple Five Guys sites throughout Ireland, catering to the food and hospitality industry.

The scope of work included

• The design and build of comprehensive commercial kitchen ventilation systems, specifically engineered to meet the high demands of each location. This involved the installation of a complete extract system with advanced grease and odour control, ensuring efficient removal of cooking fumes and compliance with hygiene standards.

• A supply air system, including an Air Handling Unit (AHU) complete with a heat and cooling system, was integrated to maintain balanced airflow and optimal ventilation throughout the kitchen.

• Installation of fire suppression systems, providing enhanced safety and meeting regulatory requirements
