Pure Engineering Group recently collaborated with Grant Fit Out on a mechanical fitout for a new bespoke café in the heart of Belfast. This project involved a range of specialised services, including the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) all tailored to meet the unique design and operational needs of the café.
Scope of Work Included:
• Back Of House (BOH) Air Conditioning (AC) System this included supplying and the installation of an indoor and outdoor unit, a local controller, refrigeration pipework, condensate drain.
• Seating area AC system
• Supply and install ducting and grilles connecting to existing supply and extract systems. This included volume control dampers.
